A £25 million scheme to build four storeys of flats and offices in Hove has been granted outline planning permission.
The proposal, by Martin Homes, in Portland Road, involves demolishing three buildings – six semi-detached houses – in Portland Road, Hove, between the corner of Olive Road and the Portland Road Trading Estate.
