The move by Martin Homes will see us jointly marketing the wide range of new developments that Martin Homes are bringing forward for completion over the next two years, comprising of approximately 300 private market new homes within the southeast which are particularly focused within the Sussex area.
Martin Homes specialise in new build and conversion development and have recently acquired a number of large sites through us for both housing and apartment developments in and around the Sussex and Surrey areas. These include a 52 unit apartment scheme in Davigdor Road, Hove and a 30 unit apartment development in Redhill, where work has recently started on site.
In partnership with our joint agents, Martin Homes’ ambitious development program will shortly see them launching new developments in Brighton, Hove, Redhill, Hurstpierpoint, Burgess Hill and Wivlesfield in West Sussex.
