Our Burrswood development is an exciting opportunity to redevelop an existing Grade II Listed building. 

Set within a private 100 acre estate in the beautiful Kent countryside, Burrswood offers convenient access to Tunbridge Wells with its shops and restaurants and mainline station.  Local stations are also to be found at Groombridge and Ashurst.

The Burrswood Estate has been granted change of use from being a care home to an assisted living development. Martin Homes is currently reviewing the design and build of the development.
